Scripting in Kyubo

The Scripting functionality in Kyubo allows administrators to customize and automate specific workflows for each tenant. Through configurable scripts, actions, processes, and business rules can be defined according to the needs of each tenant, without affecting others. Access to script configuration is available through the Lynn interface, where administrators can create custom scripts to optimize the agent experience. Additionally, it integrates with extension modules such as Derivation to Call Center and Derivation to Kyubo, enabling scripts to be displayed and executed directly from the agent's desktop for each interaction.
